Linlin, 2.5 years old, developed high fever and abdominal pain in mid-October 2007. Linlin’s parents took her to the hospital for treatment. After a blood test, she was found to have “streptococcus" and “adenovirus" infections in her body. She recovered and was discharged after antibiotic treatment. But one month after she was discharged, Linlin began to develop fever and vomiting. She was again admitted to the hospital for blood tests and diagnosed as “gastroenteritis". She also recovered and discharged after receiving another one-week antibiotic treatment.

But two weeks later Linlin developed fever, vomiting and abdominal pain again. The blood test was performed again, but no virus or other reasons were found this time. However, fever, vomiting and abdominal pain not only did not improve, and later vomiting could reach 9-10 times a day. Linlin’s parents took her to different private and government hospitals for different blood tests, abdominal scans, chest X-rays, abdominal ultrasounds, etc., but they couldn’t find the cause. In the end, the doctor diagnosed her as “circulatory vomiting" and she recovered on her own. By chance, Linlin’s father read the article “Cervical spine displacement affects continued low-grade fever" published by the author in Health Plus Magazine No. 87, and immediately brought Linlin to see a doctor.

When she came to the clinic that day, Linlin still had fever, abdominal pain, vomiting and new symptoms of hand and foot pain. When I first saw Linlin, I realized that she was smaller than children of the same age in terms of body shape and height. Her eyes do not have the look of other children (may have been tormented by the pain of injections in the hospital). Dark circles (indicating food sensitivity) has accumulated near the bags under the eyes. She was also extremely emotional and kept crying.

The body temperature measured at the clinic that day was 103F degrees. After continuing to ask questions, she found that her bowel movements were extremely abnormal. Most of them had a bowel movement once every 3 days, sometimes even once every 4-5 days. In terms of eating habits, she drinks fish soup and eats fish at every meal, and loves snacks and sweets.

It can be seen that her eating habits and bowel function have greatly reduced the function of her immune system.

Case Analysis

After checking Linlin’s spine, I found that she had muscular stiffness and slight displacement near the first segment of her right cervical spine and the second to fourth lumbar segments. Abnormal swelling of the abdomen, gas and abdominal gas affect abdominal pain (may be caused by food sensitivity). The right cheek and the left cheek are asymmetrical, and the upper right lip and right eye are retracted (affected by the first nerve of the cervical spine). Due to her partial eclipse habit, I also performed a hair analysis using the heavy metal test for Linlin. The results showed that her hair samples showed high levels of mercury and lead. (May be related to excessive fish intake)

From the above analysis,  following treatments:

  1. Treat her cervical and lumbar spine
  2. Massage the abdomen to increase bowel movement
  3. Give her probiotics to help her intestines restore health
  4. Suspend her eating dairy products, including milk, ice cream, cheese, and other dairy products
  5. Suspend her eating fish, all snacks and sweets
  6. Suspend all foods high in sugar

After 4 treatments, Linlin no longer had fever, abdominal pain and vomiting. The symptoms of hand and foot pain did not reappear after the first treatment, and the bowel function returned to normal.

The 8 treatments during these 3 months, she had 2 to 3 low-grade fever records, but the fever did not last and usually returned to normal within a few hours or a day. After these 8 treatments, Linlin’s condition has been greatly improved. Linlin’s parents have gone from worrying about her daughter’s unexplained illness to today, seeing her daughter gradually recovering, and they are really relieved.

As for Linlin, she cooperated with the treatment, improved her eating habits, and returned her bowel function to normal. There are signs of recovery in height, body shape and weight. Linlin replied to a lively, cute, and no longer being the emotional child.
