An 84-year-old woman.. Osteoporotic L1 lumbar spine fracture and compression, resulting in kyphotic angle deformation and insufficient lumbar spine extension. After two months of continuous severe back pain, she could not sleep or walk. Under local anesthesia, bone cement was injected into the fractured L1 lumbar spine… to strengthen the vertebral extension and correct the kyphosis angle. The two-month continuous severe back pain disappeared immediately… she immediately went from crying to a smile!
